Tea Party

I've been addicted to milk tea lately because of its aroma and it's the most consumed beverage nowadays. Also, milk tea is perfect for afternoon party and meetings. Don't you know that tea originated in China but as a herbal drink and for their tea ceremonies in which they employ traditional techniques and ritualized brewing for enjoyment in a refined setting. 

Now, let me share why my friends and I had an afternoon tea party unexpectedly. First, my best friend (Yahn) texted me at 11 in the morning to go out just the two of us so I woke up early so I could have enough time to prepare then I picked her up at their house without knowing what are we going to do the whole day that's why it came to a point to call up our other friends who's on vacation and it's good that Verdan is available for that day. Since it's already lunch time we went first to the nearest tea shop which is in Bon Appetea to have a drink before going to Verdan's house and texted him to prepare food for lunch (tipid tip: makikain haha). It's 1:30 in the afternoon and we are bored and nothing to do again at Verdan's house so we decided again to visit Ina's coffee shop but it was closed so we just had a walkathon until we saw JX's house so we invited another friend again then went to our final destination which is in Wabi Sabi then I grabbed the chance to take an outfit shot because no one is around in the shop even the cashier so we owned the place for an hour. 

That goes my day with my friends!

Back to my outfit, I knew that a day with my friends would be tiresome so I opted to wear this bowler 

hat for protection from heat and a pair of Keds for a long walk. This is just another tip to those who 

are going out with friends for days. Make sure to protect yourself first in a fashionable way just like what I did in this outfit.

Holidays 2014

                Since I am not a kid anymore and soon to graduate in my teenage life, 

I celebrate holidays and weekend most of the time with my family. As I grow older 

I cherish every single moment with them because I realize that soon I will have my own life as 

I will finish my degree. Love between family is a special bond that’s why I make it a 

point that I always share laughs, smiles and memories. Yeah I know I am too emotional 

with this blog post but let me grab this opportunity to dedicate this blog to my family

 since it’s Christmas, the time to say thank you. My mind is filled with happy thoughts 

due to my parents. Thanks mom and dad and to my brother who always give my necessities and unendless support.

                Going back to my outfit, green is my color for holiday outfit 2014 which symbolizes harmony. I just love the fitting of this dress and every details of it that’s why I chose this for my holiday outfit because what really matters most is that you are really confident and 

you really wanted with what you are wearing so you can enjoy the whole night right?

After a week of not updating my social media accounts that much because I had to undergo training before our deployment in the airport for our practicum here is an outfit which is literally perfect for this season.  Actually this outfit posts was already taken last March in the US when they had their last snowfall for that year but of course I can’t share an outfit for cold weather during the summer season here in the Philippines right?  And now the perfect time to share this outfit finally came! Time really flies so fast.

          Back to my outfit, layering was so much fun and that’s the reason why I enjoyed my staycation in US. You can have everything in one ensemble. And also one thing I learned dressing up in US is there is no word too much; no one cares what you are wearing. The funny thing I did while I was in US was I invested lots of winter clothes which looks like I am already staying there for good haha you know what I feel right? Well I could still use those winter clothes to my next trip and watch out for that.  If only the weather in US is the same here in the Philippines then dressing up would always be fun.

Bloggers United 8

                Another successful Bloggers United was held last Sunday at Whitespace, Pasong Tamo Makati and thanks for the weather who cooperated even if there’s a typhoon. To those who are not familiar of this event, Bloggers United is an event where the fashion bloggers and their readers unite by selling their pre-loved clothes which happens twice a year every summer and during the month of December. Actually this is now their 8^th season, 4 years of spending local blogger’s time in return for the love and support shown by their readers. I wasn’t able to go to BU7 because I was having my internship abroad that time so now I made a time to visit my favorite bloggers and say hey and take a picture with them. Well, I have to thank Miss Trice Nagusara for my free passes so I was able to save 100 pesos for the ticket. So the event started at 10 in the morning til 8 in the evening. The event was worthy because there are lots of prizes given away such as Iphone6 and concert tickets but maybe that day was not my luck to win any of those prizes. This event also is perfect if you’re planning to have Christmas shopping or for your next OOTD outfit. Since, you already have an idea what’s going on during Bloggers United why don’t you head over to their next season because as of now I am looking forward to Bloggers United 9 on summer! Sunflowers and Boots

Christmas is coming! Christmas break is fast approaching! I'm excited what's going to happen this holiday season because I gotta spend time with my loved ones again and this time it will be longer. Yes, it will be longer because I will not be much busy for school this semester and our school will have an early Christmas vacation and late opening of classes next year. All I want this holiday is to have a getaway together with my family. Hopefully our tip to Baguio this Christmas will be settled so I could share lots of OOTD and also I want some layering for my next outfit shots. 

Let's get back to my outfit! I wore sunflower print jumpsuit for an easy wearing so I could do my errands comfortably and get through the day without having to worry about and a boots to match this kind of outfit. A monochromatic OOTD indeed! I don't usually wear monochrome shades, but for some reason, I'm beginning to love it. Don't just be afraid to try new things, either in fashion or  in any aspect/field. Don't be afraid to step out to your comfort zone.

Long sleeves or jackets are really all-around. You can still use them during sunny days. Just tie them on your waist and you're now set for a get away outfit. No much effort in need! Right? 

About my outfit, I added long sleeves on my waist to cover up my tummy so I could use this sofia crop top which I got it from RipplesbyJenny so it won't show too much of my skin and of course so I could feel comfortable doing my errands. To complete my urban OOTD, I paired it with boots from Forever21 because it was a little bit stocked in my shoe closet. The last time I used this boots was when I was in USA during their winter season. And now that I got the perfect outfit of the day to match this boots and here it goes plus handcuff and airplane necklace from FashionSpiceManila!
